This is a great space for small gatherings, the place is close to the speedway track, its comfy, it's quiet, 10 minutes for downtown, great restaurants near by. very convenient stay. - 17 min from the airport. -2 min away from speedway track. -8 min away from the museum of art. -10 min from downtown indy. The spaces that all guests are okay to use is, front of the house, back of the house and for parking the drive way. I have no problem talking, texts with guests to ensure that they have a enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is good. it's quiet, cozy, and it has a friendly atmosphere. Far as getting around I would recommend either a rental car, uber, Lyft.
