Rosarito Luxurious Condo with Private Beach

This brand new apartment is perfect for relaxing plus a beach get away! This place is located 13 km (10 min) from downtown & papas and beer rosarito. Very calm complex with 3 infinity edge swimming pools , 8 jacuzzis, sauna , gym and beachfront access. We are on a 10th floor ( elevators available) and have an amazing 180 degree view from our terrace. Two bathrooms , two bedrooms and a bathtub on the master bedroom. Other things to note As part of our building rules, we are asked to provide IDS for ALL adult guests staying with us. We ask for official ID photo so we can provide them to our building manager, we appreciate the information sent in advance since we need to send to administration at 1 pm at most ( 2 hours before check in time ) If information is not sent by 1 pm administration may delay your check in. I would also like to communicate that administration does not allow visits from our Airbnb guests. Only the guests registered will be allow in and out the building. Our base rate is for 2 people, after that number of guests, an additional charge per guest is applied. Please book the correct number of guests to avoid misunderstandings and last minute charges.
