All indoor areas of the guest suite are 100% private. Guest access Free parking is private, permitted, and easy to access in the driveway in front of the home. Onsite parking; guests may park in the driveway in front of the home. There is a designated overflow parking area on the left side of the property. Guests enter through the screened lounge to the private entrance on the left (west) side of the home. There is a Weber Spirit grill on the back brick patio. The bathroom is small! Large outdoor lounge may be used by other guests, as well. Siesta Key’s public open-air trolley (Route 77 Siesta Islander) is free for all riders. It is part of Sarasota County’s Breeze transit system. The Siesta Islander operates seven days a week making getting around convenient. The trolley route follows Ocean Boulevard to Beach Road and down Midnight Pass Road. Hop on the trolley in Siesta Key Village, at any trolley stop between the Villages, or flag down the trolley south of the South Village business district.
