Minimalist Basement Unit in Historic Irvington

Beautiful basement apartment in the historic Irvington neighborhood of north east Portland. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. You will have your own entrance and side yard. This unit has a temperpedic queen bed(firm), stove, dishwasher, bar table with stools, projector screen for movies, tea, and french press for coffee. The unit is centrally located with easy access to all that Portland has to offer. Enjoy beautiful walks through the Irvington neighborhood or to Irving park. The space The basement unit has its own entrance at the back of the house. There is an open floor plan with your own kitchen and bathroom. We live up stairs and the unit does have some foot traffic noise during non quiet hours. There is an outdoor patio area on the side of the house which is mostly private for you to get some fresh air and relax outside. We the hosts may use the garage to grab bikes or tools but other than that the space is for you to relax. Similarly the laundry room and house utilities are just outside of the entry to the space which on occasion we access. Portland is cannabis friendly so if you choose to smoke you are very welcome to do so in the patio space. Guest access PARKING: The unit is located in inner north east Portland, and central to NE, SE, and NW. The unit has ample free parking on the street (NE 11th). GETTING AROUND: The neighborhood has a few restaurants and coffee shops in various directions and you can look at the guide book for local advice of restaurants and coffee shops. We are close to a few venues; the Moda Center(1.2 miles), Memorial Coliseum(1.2 miles), Wonder Ballroom(0.5 miles), and Mississippi Studios(2.0miles). If you choose to use the MAX to or from the Airport or to get around the city it is a 0.9 mile walk to 3 MAX lines (RED, BLUE, and GREEN). RED line will take you to and from the airport if you choose. The MAX is 2.50$/2hrs or 5$ for the day and can download the Hop app for easiest use. We are very central so you can access the sweetest Portland Neighborhoods if you are willing to walk, bike or uber under 2miles. To the north is N. Mississippi(1.8 miles), N. Williams(1.2miles), Alberta Arts(1.6miles), NE Broadway(0.5miles), W. Burnside(1.5 miles), The Pearl (2.0 miles), Kerns (1.7miles). A little farther south you can access Division, Belmont, and Hawthorne areas as well. Lyft and Uber usually come in less than 5 minutes, and if you want to rent Bikes BIKETOWN app can be downloaded and accessed a short walk away or scooters Lime, Spin, Bird, or Bolt all operate here.
