Bring the whole family to this FUN property! This several acre property has a private inground pool(seasonal), sauna and spacious 6 bedroom house complete with a gourmet kitchen. All of this fun is located in a rural area, just a short 45 minute drive from the Minneapolis/St Paul Airports. The main home sleeps 18, but there is an option to add the apartment(additional charge) to your stay which sleeps an additional 4 people. The apartment is available seasonally. The space The house has 6 bedrooms. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and is on the main level of the house. The remaining 5 bedrooms are on the second floor and have the following beds: bedroom 2: set of twin bunks, bedroom 3: two twin beds, bedroom 3: two sets of full bunks, bedroom 4: one queen bed, bedroom 5: one queen bed. There is an additional apartment on the property available to rent from May- October. This apartment will only be available to rent if you are also renting the main home. It will not be a stand alone rental. The apartment sleeps 4 people and has 1 full bathroom. It also has a full kitchen with a dining table, and a full living room. Contact Holly for additional information if you have any questions. Guest access The home has a long, horseshoe driveway with ample space for parking. Please do not block driveway access to the shop as it is occasionally used. Other things to note The pool is open and available for use seasonally. The pool will not be heated. It will be guaranteed to be open June 1- September 1. If weather permits, we will open it in May. The sauna will be open and available for use year round. • No smoking • No pets • No parties without prior approval •Please do not flush anything else besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. or any non-flushable wet wipes. Please: No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows. POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaning hose from the pool. No lifeguards will be on duty. Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property. Pool and/or Sauna DISCLAIMER: 1. Pools and/or saunas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability and paralysis, and even death. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others or the unavailability of emergency medical care. 2. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or sauna is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or sauna. 3. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO 4. ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SAUNA. 4. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. 5. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless all Members, Managers, and employees from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims, or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and/or sauna. There are two other buildings on the property. They are private property that are not associated with the main house. Please do not try to enter these buildings.
