The third room is smaller and has a twin bed with a trundle underneath. There is one full bath with a shower stall, toilet, and sink. The house is clean, and is used by the owners throughout the year. The house comes fully equipped with kitchen supplies for cooking, gas BBQ and easy clean up woth a dishwasher. You'll find wi-fi, dish TV with Roku, AC in the main living area, heat pump and oil furnice for colder weather. The large open deck is great in warmer weather and the sun room perfect all year round!
