The space Set atop Los Angeles's famous Coldwater Canyon, my guest house overlooks verdant hillsides, the San Fernando Valley, and the San Gabriel mountains. You’ll have a secure and private retreat in a centrally located hilltop neighborhood moments from the bustle of the city below. Behind an electric gate, the guest house is equipped with all your home away from home needs, including WiFi, Roku, a mini kitchen, well stocked bathroom, and comfortable queen sized bed. You’ll have a dedicated parking space in front of the gate and keyless entry to this stand alone wee cottage next to my garden of flowers and vegetables. Guest access The tiny house is all yours and separate from the main house where I live with my husband and three curious kitties. You're welcome to walk the front yard however for your safety please stay on the hardscape as the slopes are slippery. Please refrain from walking into the backyard. Please refrain from making social media photos/videos, or using the property for commercial and/or professional shoots. Other things to note I've provided coffee, tea, salt, and there's a coffee maker and electric kettle. There's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as toilet paper, tissues, and bath towels.
