Come enjoy your vacation at this magnificent home. The house sits on an Acre of land. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms fully furnished. Two full bathrooms, a large size pool with heater, a screen enclosed deck, a full kitchen, laundry room, two living rooms, and a dinning room. It is located minutes to the beach, Atlantic ave. (Main Attractions), and shops. There is Wifi and TV's in every room. This is a small mansion near the beach. There is plenty of parking on premises. Family oriented The space 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bedrooms with King size bed. Two living rooms, one living room with a 65” TV set up as a movie room. Large full kitchen and dining room. Screen enclosed back patio with outdoor dining area with lounge. Large swimming pool in backyard. Plenty of parking on front horseshoe driveway. 2 full spacious bathrooms Other things to note Every room comes with 4 regular large towels and two small towels. Regular towels can be used for the pool. If more clean towels are needed please use the laundry to wash towels. We do not provide beach towels. We do not provide laundry detergent. There is a $45 fee for using the BBQ Pool Heater: Use of the pool heater will be an additional cost of $50/day. Pool will be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Please keep in mind that pool water temperature will fluctuate between day and night. Also keep in mind that pool water temperature might not reach its set point on cooler days.
