Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law. The space Separate entry to the suite which features a private patio and use of backyard, hamock and hot tub with an organic vegetable garden and greenhouse. The suite features a separate bedroom with reading area. The living room is separated by a door and offers a pull-out sofa and mini-theater with premium surround sound system, streaming channels and DVD's. The fully equipped kitchenette has a two-burner invection stove top, a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, Keureg coffee maker with pods (regular and decaf), plus ground coffee and an electric hot water kettle, Brita water dispenser and , tea selection, snacks. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses, coffee cups and utensils are also provided. A breakfast table seats two and there's a computer desk work area. There's a private bathroom in the suite, and an outdoor 'surf' shower is also available for guest use. Guest access Separate entry with 2-car tandom driveway parking. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance of quality restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, convenience store and art galleries. Other things to note Hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, bird watching and a short walk to the Bay, Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and Baywood village. The kitchenette features a small refrigerator, two-burner invection stove sans oven. There's a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pans, and cooking utensils.
