Space is ideal for remote work with a dedicated office plus working desks in 3 other rooms. Downstairs: Bedroom 1 (main): 1 king bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 2 queen bed buns (sleeps 4) 1 bathroom with double shower 1 bathroom with shower / tub Upstairs: Bedroom 4 / Office: murphy bed full (sleeps 2), transforms into desk 1 bathroom with shower Guest access Smart lock allows code entry for guests. Other things to note Critical rules include quiet hours, no smoking or parties, no parking over or backing into neighbor's driveway. Owner has a safety camera facing down on exterior pool deck and on front porch (doorbell camera). No lifeguard. Pool / spa use is entirely at guest risk and guests agree to hold host harmless of all liability. Pool may be heated to 82 degrees for entire stay at a cost of $120 x # of nights (full stay only).
