From the moment you enter the Zen house, panoramic ocean and city views will take your breath away. Relax and watch the ships go by… When the sun goes down, the harbor and city lights will sparkle like jewels below. Each of the bedrooms opens to a tranquil courtyard. Leave your shoes at the door (please), and find your Zen high atop San Pedro in the quiet South Shores area, 1 mile walk to the beach, minutes to fwy & Cruise Ships, borders Rancho Palos Verde. Lic#HSR21-00 The space The Zen house is set behind a tall gate. The neighborhood is very quiet so we welcome guests who are seeking tranquility. Each room opens to the courtyard. The front room has a small deck with a bistro table. The expansive deck in back has a table for six for outdoor dining, a bbq and sitting area with outdoor furniture. The deck is has succulent boxes along the edges, though NO railings. It’s a perfect place for yoga, I have two mats :) For your security, we have outdoor security cameras. *Out of respect for our neighbors, no parties, no smoking, no gatherings or pets* Please note - only two vehicles are permitted. If smoke is detected on the premises, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. Guest access Max 2 Vehicles. We are limited to only two parking spaces in the driveway. The keys are in gate lockbox. Please return keys to the box. Lost keys $25 and/or Locksmith Fee. Other things to note We welcome guests who want a quiet getaway. We cannot host parties or get - togethers.
