While there is no oven, the kitchen includes a two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker and coffee to meet your cooking needs. Guest access The property is split as a duplex with the Airbnb taking up the balk half of the duplex and us taking up the front side of the duplex. This unit is very private. While we live in the front half, you will have your own entrance, patios and backyard. . Also included is one dedicated parking spot in front of the complex with plentiful additional street parking available on the main street. Other things to note The walk down to the unit can be a little steep form some and may not be suited for people with mobility issues. Please note that we live in a calm residential area where people need to sleep at a reasonable time and go to work in the morning. So, in order to be kind to our neighbors and us, we ask that you keep the noise level to a reasonable amount during the day and at a minimum past 10pm. The following are also not allowed: Smoking, or more than 6 people inside the unit at any time.
