Check out this newly finished sunroom studio! The living room is surrounded by windows that bring in sunlight all day. It's partially below grade, giving it a very private yet open feel with it's windows. The studio is located 5 minutes walking (1.6 mi) from the Sunnyside city park walking loop and the lively Varietal Brewing Company. The lazy loft features a 3 inch foam pad with comfy pillows for relaxing. Come enjoy an adorable stay. The space Our cozy studio was custom built for our family of three. The loft is ideal for relaxing, reading a book, or a perfect and safe play area for kids. Our son loved going up the stairs and jumping inside the loft! Guest access The yard is a shared space. There is also a deck above the studio that is shared and you are welcome to use it. There are long term tenants on the property that are very trustworthy and helpful. They too have my contact information.
