This American classic is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Lancaster with easy access to everything. The area is known for it's colonial architecture and tree-lined streets that provide travelers with a portal into America's past. The space This downtown apartment home was recently restored with tasteful touches throughout and includes one off-street parking space. The home has a large, open-air loft, swing chair, and two pull out beds that provide versatile sleeping arrangements for guests. The space hints to a past when things were simpler while highlighting the creature comforts one demands of today's modern spaces. Studio lighting, hardwood floors, and high quality linens ensure a good night's rest, while the smart tv and Xfinity high speed internet provide travelers the peace of mind of staying connected. The home is filled with light throughout and offers enough space for six guests to enjoy comfortably,. The home is professionally cleaned and cared for, and we work to ensure your experience in staying with us is the absolute very best. Guest access The entrance to the Lemon Tree Casa is easily accessed from the front of the home on Lemon St. Parking is located in the rear of the home on N. Christian St. Please park either to the left or to the right to allow space for our guests. Other things to note *** THE BASICS *** a. FIRE EXTINGUISHER - located below the kitchen sink b. EMERGENCIES - Dial 911, then contact Airbnb c. ELECTRONIC KEYED ENTRY - located on the front door (see Airbnb check-in link on day of check-in) d. INTERNET/WIFI - Access to Netflix, Amazon, Xfinity through the app e. CABLE - Accessible through wifi f. RECYCLING - Yellow and green lid container located in the rear yard of home. g. TRASH - Place any bagged trash to be thrown away in the receptacles. If trash can is full, place trash next to receptacles. h. HEAT/AC - Heating and cooling is pre-set in the studio apartment i. QUIET HOURS - The row home has shared walls with our neighbors and other apartment homes on the premise. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00AM. j. ADDITIONAL GUESTS - The home can accommodate up to six guests. For accurate pricing, ensure the number guests staying in the home are represented in your reservation. k. SHARED AREAS - Patio and parking areas may be shared with other guests l. PARKING - Visitor parking permits are available in front of the home on Lemon St. for $2 per day. Please register your vehicle online prior to your arrival at via the Lancaster Parking Authority website. Once registered, you can park at any parking space on E Lemon St for the days purchased. Secure covered parking is also available one block away in the Queen Street Parking Garage located at 424 N. Queen St. The cost is $15 for every 24 hour period. The garage is located at 424 Queen St. m. ACCESS - Bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second and third floor accessible by stairs *** OF COURTESY *** a. Please tidy up the home so our next guests can enjoy the space b. Notify us of any needed repairs or damages at check-out c. Tidy dirty dishes in the sink area d. Place soiled laundry in the laundry basket located in the bathroom e. Remove outdoor shoes inside the home. f. Check-out time is at 10:00AM and housekeeping is scheduled at 10:15 AM Please notify us via text once leaving. *** OF IMPORTANCE *** Any of the following violations are subject to the full forfeiture of a guest(s) security deposit a. No smoking (or vaping) inside of home b. Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee of $75 per pet, per reservation. - Dogs should be kenneled within the home when left unattended. - Pet waste should be cleaned and disposed of immediately. - Any continuously barking dogs will be asked to be removed from premise. - Documented service animals are permitted. - All other animals are not permitted c. No parties - events permitted with written approval.
