Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, with cozy nooks, books, and breathtaking views. Well-trained dogs welcome! No cats or other pets due to severe owner allergy. The space I live on-site in the adjoining cedar apartment and am happy to greet you upon your arrival! With that said, know that from the moment you pull up to the beautiful front entrance, this is your time and your place and I’m just as happy allowing your complete privacy. There is one shared wall but there are no shared spaces! Guest access The circle drive right out your front door is yours and can park 5 cars. You are welcome to hike around the property. There are 5 steps up to the front door., several more to your wrap around deck which you also access from the Great Room. The house itself is on 4 levels, making it easy to spread out and enjoy separate spaces. Other things to note Wake up to stunning views and the sound of the Sandy River from the deck. Sip coffee while exploring the private acreage or relaxing at the dining table. Enjoy a great book, a board game, or challenge friends on the table arcade with 50+ classic games. A spiral staircase leads to the spacious sleeping loft, featuring a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet—a perfect retreat after a day of adventure. 🚭 No smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping, is allowed inside the home, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property.
