Place to stay in Mendocino

Enjoy this special retreat in nature: giant redwoods and sunny meadows, minutes from downtown. Your private tent cabin has a fantastic queen bed with heated mattress, luxe linens and down comforter. Towels, lantern and other essentials are provided so that your stay is a most cozy one. The bathhouse is right nearby with hot showers and a beautiful common room, all heated so that you’re cared for year round. The shared outdoor kitchen area has barbecues, a sink, work tables and dining tables. The space Your cabin is a beautiful sturdy structure with canvas walls and roof, and a solid wood floor. There are real windows and door. The cabin has its own deck and a stunning handmade redwood picnic table just outside. You have access to a beautiful bath house quite near your cabin. The bathhouse is heated and has plenty of hot water. A common room adjoins the bathhouse, so even in foul weather you have a place to be. The outdoor camp kitchen is set with barbecues, a sink and work tables. Huge dining tables are available for your use here too. We provide basic camp cooking and dining equipment. Bring your own BBQ briquettes and a bottle of camp fuel if you'd like to use our stove. We are in the giant redwoods with sunny meadows, and only minutes from downtown Mendocino with the beaches, restaurants and shops. Hike and bike trails are easily accessible directly from our property. We welcome you! Ummm, did we mention the outdoor tree shower? It's amazing! Guest access Park in the designated parking area and walk to your cabin. Other things to note Our booking calendar is on a rolling open schedule, booking three months out from the current date. We book up pretty fast in the high season, so we recommend that you set yourself a reminder alert about three months ahead of your desired stay and book then! (We do book further out for weddings and events so some future weekends are already blocked. Contact us about hosting your wedding or event here!) If you hope to bring your well behaved dog, please let us know by noting it on your reservation. Our dog fee is a flat rate of $50.00 and we allow not more than one pet in cabin 2.
