Escape to our beachside retreat in the heart of Mission Beach—just steps from the sand and the fun of Belmont Park! This cozy 2-bedroom getaway has everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay, including a full kitchen, comfy beds, and charming beach-inspired decor. The space Welcome to your cozy 2-bedroom beach house with a spacious front yard—perfect for soaking up the San Diego sunshine! Out front, you'll find a grill and a fire pit for those chill evening hangouts. Extra propane tanks are stored in the garage for your convenience. Parking is super easy! Your designated spot is directly in front of the garage (parallel to it). Just a quick note—please don’t block the carport next to the garage, as that space belongs to the other unit. In the garage, you’ll also find a washer and dryer shared with the other unit. Detergent is included, and if you need extra towels during your stay, they’re located there as well. The garage is a shared community space, and we do store some furniture in there, so we kindly ask that you don’t move or touch those items. We hope you enjoy your stay and make the most of everything this fun little beach spot has to offer! Guest access You’ll have your own designated parking spot on the property. Since parking can be tight in Mission Beach, there’s free street parking available if you're bringing a second vehicle. We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft—rides are very affordable throughout San Diego. In the garage, you’ll find a washer and dryer along with beach supplies for your use. This area is shared with the other unit, and beach items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other things to note Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay, we bleach the floors, sheets, towels , railings , door handles, remote controls, switch and switch plates. Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you are want to entertain during your vacation. (Gatherings of all sizes currently mandated against. See below.)
