Set in a 500 m2 garden with olive and citrus trees, this house is ideal for two adults and one child, with a single loft over a double bed. Janis' Roadhouse is within walking distance of the Azmak River, Akyaka Beach, and Kiteboarding Gökova. The space 15-20 min. walk to the beach, 100 meters from the Azmak stream, we opened our house for accommodation comfortably. The windows on all sides with plenty of daylight integrate the interior with the garden. Its detached garden, adorned with citrus, olive, and fruit trees, will be for the use of our guests and their four-legged friends. It is possible to have a pleasant time in the sitting area in the garden and enjoy a barbecue. In the large garden with two tiny houses, each of our units' sitting areas offers a spacious area of ​​use in your stays, while providing a pleasant coexistence for your group stays. Meals can be easily prepared in the full kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, necessary pots, cutlery, and crockery. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. All bed linen and towels are provided by the host. We keep your basic needs of tea, coffee (filter + Turkish), olive oil, spices, salt, sugar, and cleaning materials in the wagon. Apart from the summer season, you can stay comfortably with both air conditioning and a convector heater. Heat insulation is provided at a high level. With blackout roller blinds, you can isolate yourself to the maximum on intense sunny days. Janis' RoadHouse cannot directly provide a laundry service. However, they can refer you to an outside laundry service if needed. You can stay comfortably and safely in our house, which is located in an enclosed garden, which is both isolated and safe from our neighbours with a security device. We have our own house on the adjacent land and we regularly maintain the garden where the tiny house houses are located. Guest access Akyaka Beach can be reached by a 15-20 min. walk or a 4-5 min. drive from a beautiful walking route accompanied by the Azmak stream. The house has parking facilities. We are 1 km from the nearest shopping points such as grocery stores and delicatessens and 1.5 km from the nearest supermarket. You can reach the Azmak stream in 2-3 minutes on foot, and you can also walk to the cafes and fish restaurants on the banks of the stream effortlessly. Public transportation between Muğla-Akyaka passes within 50 meters of the house. You can reach Akyaka Center and Muğla with these vehicles.
