A renovated old limestone cottage in the heart of Margaret River. It has an inviting, comfortable & relaxed style that is perfect for a down South holiday getaway. Loads of fun entertainment with a pool table, a free retro arcade console with 80 games, free wifi, a smart TV, books, cards & board games. The expansive indoor lounge leads out to a large private courtyard area shaded by trees, the perfect place to relax in with a glass of Margaret River wine or a meal. Approval No. P221751 The space A comfortable three bedroom restored character cottage which is situated very close walking distance to the vibrant town centre & an easy drive to all attractions in the Margaret River region. The cottage has three bedrooms that sleep up to six guests, with two of the king size bedrooms also able to accommodate four guests in separate king single beds ( all linen provided). The main bathroom has a shower & toilet & there is a separate space where guests have easy access to a vanity basin/unit, another separate toilet & a laundry area with a large sink & washing machine. There is a clothes hanger for use & an outdoor clothes line down the side of the house. An iron centre ( ironing board & iron) is conveniently located on the wall of the living area. The large open plan communal living space has been well designed to include a lounge area with two comfy sofa's, a 6 seater high dining table & a kitchen which has been set up to meet your holiday dining needs. This area opens out onto the beautiful North facing large private courtyard area which has a Webber BBQ, beautiful shady trees, & a wooden outdoor dining table setting to enjoy the outdoors. Guest access At the front of the cottage there is a large parking space that can easily accommodate four vehicles ( boat,caravan/trailer etc). There is also free street parking, with easy walking distance to the main street of Margaret River Other things to note The cottage is perfect for up to THREE couples, families or groups of FIVE friends wanting their own bed ( five individual beds on request, please specify at time of booking ) The cottage is also suitable for longer bookings & has been used by businesses & professional staff with families & we can be flexible around individual needs. Please get in touch to discuss reduced rates & any tailored requirements. The cottage is pet friendly on a case to case basis & is suitable only for well trained dogs. There is an added pet fee at time of booking & please abide by the rules of not allowing pets on carpeted areas in the bedrooms or furniture please. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the other two bedrooms can be made up as a king or two king single beds, please specify choice on booking . The front two larger bedrooms have a split system air conditioning unit. The smaller third bedroom has built in wardrobes & a portable oil based heater & a fan in cupboard for use during the summer.
