Perfect for people looking for a place JUST to sleep and take a bath. •NO self check-in, visitors and partying, kids, pets, smoking weed and cigarettes, shoes in the house, air-con, door lock in the room, t.v, box spring on the bed, and working desk/chair inside the room. The space The private room is in two bedroom apartment with 1 Bath and toilet in a huge apartment complex in Spokane. Guest access Parking in the complex is free, but no bus stop in the area. During your stay I have a full-time corporate job and our family house is also right next to this complex, so might be out of the apartment most of time. However, I am always here to help if you need anything - just message me! 🤙🏼 Other things to note If you break any of the house rules, you will be asked to leave the area, and will be reported to Airbnb or the authorities right away. Please be cognizant that we all wanted to have a peaceful and safe place to live. PARKING: Any uncovered parking spot is open parking.
