Welcome to our dog friendly, ocean view, 1 bedroom (3 beds), 1.5 bathroom condo with Washer & Dryer! Perfect For: 3 adults - or 2 adults & 2 small children max. Dogs: 1 dog, under 40lbs. This 2nd floor condo features a private ocean view balcony, overlooking a gated community pool & 2 private beach access, located steps away from your front door! We have everything you need for a week get away. Including: a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the condo! The space Welcome to our dog friendly, ocean view, 1 bedroom (3 beds), 1.5 bathroom condo with/ Washer & Dryer! We are located in building 5 on the 2nd floor! ** Unfortunately we do not have access to carport parking. - As you walk in the door, the queen bedroom is to your right. The living room/kitchen will be to your left. - The washer & dryer is located in the full bathroom. - The fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher! Bed Sizes: 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Fold-Out Twin - There is a twin size bed in the hallway, leading towards the living area. - There is an additional fold out bed located in the living room. - The family room's sliding glass doors lead you on to the private, ocean view deck. Situated with outdoor seating and a perfect ocean breeze. - Perfect for: 3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 small children max. - Pets: 1 dog, under 40lbs allowed! Guest access Guest have access to the Surf Condo’s community pool, a community grilling area with picnic tables, a gym, laundry mat and 2 private community beach access! Other things to note There is a $150 pet fee. Please read over the following pet rules : Surf Condo's Pet Rules - 1 pet allowed - Max 40lbs - Dogs are to be walked along property, only in designated pet relief stations - ALWAYS clean up after your dog - Dogs must be on a leash at all times - No dogs allowed in courtyard or pool area, except on the path between buildings 1 & 8 - Dogs are not to be left unattended on patios at any time *Violations of any Surf Condo's Pet Rules will be asked to leave property immediately with no refund* We LOVE our dogs!
