Dartmoor and Exmoor close. 20 minutes from sea, Beer, Branscombe, Sidmouth, SW coastal path. Close to Lyme Regis and Exeter. 5 large double bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, sash windows, high ceilings. Big new kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful, sunny cottage garden, with table and chairs and sunbathing recliners. Surfing, kayaking, 4x4 experience, climbing, riding. The space Occasionally, only me in the house in a separate space. Guest access You have access to the whole house, I'm there occasionally in a separate space, I do not use the kitchen. There are 5 very large double bedrooms with double or king size beds and sofas in two of the rooms. Brand new bathroom and a particularly large well equipped kitchen. Pretty walled garden with BBQ and patio area. Very sunny full of flowers, shrubs, trees and plenty of pots filled with roses and geraniums. Other things to note Honiton has a train which takes you to Exeter or London (Paddington.) From Exeter station you can travel to Plymouth or GWR to London (Waterloo.)
