Welcome to a community tucked away for comfort and a drive away from local destinations. Everything you need to make your stay relaxing, comfortable, fun and efficient. Home has WiFi, washer and dryer, and towels. Enter through private front door entrance using code. Easy access to highway 29/129/US Rt.1/295. Available for weekly and monthly stays. For graduation/holiday weekend interest, please message for confirmation. The space Master bedroom gives luxury vibes with sleek furniture and walk in closet. Iron and board available. Cozy up by the fireplace or lounge while streaming movies with surround sound in living room. Downstairs gives you access to full bathroom kitchen, and living room with dining table and sofa bed. For additional sleeping space it can be laid flat as bed used with mattress pad found in storage ottoman and extra linen found in upstairs hallway closet. Air mattress is also available if needed in downstairs closet. For extra white towels, please find under vanity sink in upstairs bathroom and in linen closet. Cook in full kitchen. Salt pepper and cooking oil available with dishwasher tabs for cleaning. Knife set is hand wash only. Not all cabinets are accessible during your stay. Only cabinet on top of refrigerator and directly to the right above counter. Also, cabinets directly to the left of stove below the counter. Please do not tamper with other items not listed. Please inform host of sleeping arrangement needs when more than one guest or non couple is listed on reservation to be best accommodated. Host may or may not be onsite but is available by phone when needed. Note: All guest must be listed for security purposes. Please read and adhere to welcome/household rules/check-out expectations. Check-in code is provided day of by host. All trash must be disposed properly including all items you bring. Please do not throw away any inventory from home. NO parties, NO smoking inside home/garage, NO animals. Please be respectful of home, personal items by not tampering, neighbors space and mindful of tone outside of home as it is a quiet community. Guest access Access for (2nd fl level) : master bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer. Access for (1st fl level): recycling and trash disposal bins in garage, first floor full bathroom, coat closet, kitchen with selected cabinet access, living/dining room and front door with access pin provided. Cabinet access: Only cabinet on top (kitchen appliances) of refrigerator and directly to the right above counter (dinnerware and drinks are). Also, cabinets directly to the left of stove below the counter (pot/pans/silverware). During your stay I am available by phone if you have any questions, concerns, or need additional assistance.
