Additional amenities: Patio off the dining room with gas grill & outdoor furniture; deck off the loft area on second floor; 3 HD TV’s; WiFi; central AC; Ample parking adjoining the townhome with ample room for guest parking; washer/dryer; dishwasher; microwave; Stove/refrigerator; garbage disposal; Non-smoking; Pets considered with additional fee; All linens and basic household items included; Mirror Lake swimming & ice skating, tennis courts, championship golf course, shops, restaurants, Olympic Center, Olympic Oval and many Olympic venues are all within a 5 minute walk; Whiteface Mountain is 9 miles from Lake Placid with shuttle buses running every 45 minutes; Free Village Shuttle bus runs all day; Horse Show grounds-2 miles; Olympic Ski Jumping Complex-2 miles; Upon checking into your home, you will find your ‘Welcome’ notebook which offers pertinent information such as… emergency numbers, and things to do & see, close hiking/skiing trails, recommended restaurants and shopping, along with ‘check out’ instructions. Other things to note We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Please refrain from loud, boisterous talking if in a group. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors. Make sure outdoor spaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash around the yard, it can attract animals. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! Check in time is 4:00pm. Check-in is at Adirondack Premier Properties 2429 Main St, Lake Placid Ny Check-out time is 10:00am. The property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags. Pets permitted with owners approval. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the grounds. Failure to comply will result in a fee of $500.00
