The space Private Ski Locker: - Access to the ski lockers is in level 1 next to the entry doors. - Please use key found in unit kitchen counter and return to the same place after checkout Hot Tub Access: -Hours are 9am - 8pm -Each hot tub accommodates members of one household only. -Each household is limited to a 45minute time slot. Gym Access: -Hours are 9am - 8pm -You must make a reservation top use the gym. -Each gym reservation is for a maximum of 2 guests. Want to know what the gondola line is looking like? Done skiing for the day and want to know if the hot tub is crowded? Simply look over your balcony and have a look! You really cannot beat the location or amenities of this clean and cozy condo. It is perfectly located to enjoy all that Northstar has to offer and is just far enough from the main village center that you won't be bothered by the village nightlife. If nightlife is what you are looking for worry not, great restaurants and fun bars are only a quick walk away. Not a winter sports enthusiast? When you rent this condo you have access to two hot tub areas, one pool area, and two fitness centers as well as one garage parking spot. Northstar also has great shopping, a movie theater, and ice skating rink. If you are looking to get out of the village for a bit, the historic town of Truckee with great shopping, restaurants, and breweries is only a 10 minute drive to the north. A short drive 10 minutes south will put you at beautiful Lake Tahoe and the fun town of Kings Beach which offers shopping, restaurants, and sandy beaches with great views of lake Tahoe. Guest access Ski Locker, Two pool/hot tub areas, two fitness centers, and one parking spot in the underground heated garage. Other things to note 1) Early check-ins and late check-outs, if possible, incur an additional fee of $150, which includes parking. 2)You only have access to 1 parking spot. If you need additional parking there will be a $50/ni additional fee depending on availability. 3) This condo is located on the 3rd floor of a condo complex and you will need to visit the front desk to pick up your key card and parking pass. 4) Although we welcome children of all ages we do not provide any safety equipment for them. 5) Please do not change the ski locker code. If the locker code has been changed it will incur a $100 charge for maintenance to reset it to the original code. 6) Our cancellation policy is categorized as Strict. We recommend obtaining Airbnb or alternative travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
