The space This gorgeous Vermont escape offers 3 beautiful BRs, a huge 'cook's kitchen, informal and formal dining rooms (ping-pong in formal dining room!) and a beautiful, comfortable living room with ROKU (smart) TV. Ample parking and privacy- yet close to everything! AC Memorial Day-Columbus Day! Room for everyone to do their own thing, with plenty of space to come together, too, in the four 'public' rooms. Come make memories in the real Vermont! Guest access Plenty of parking, close to town, but totally beautiful and private! Private driveway and entrances & beautiful yard! Other things to note Please note- every, single one of our reviews is honest and authentic-from guests we have never met-unlike 99% of our fellow Airbnb hosts, who have friends and family pad their reviews for better ratings. We decided from day #1 to keep it real- and are proud of our high ratings! We provide 'emergency supplies' to get you through, for travelers who might arrive late and find themselves in immediate need of something after stores have closed. (shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, TP, paper towels, kitchen cleaner, scrub pad, hand-soap at each sink, coffee, sugar, creamers, filters, etc) It is important to note that while we love children, we are set up for adults. Our beds are Queen or Full sized and our stairs are steep- so parents would have to have their eyes on their children every moment! That said- we have certainly hosted many families with kids with no problem! We just want parents to be aware of our set up! Every guest must provide a government ID, such as a license, through the messaging center. Please Note: Air Conditioners must be off when guests leave home and windows must be shut if AC is on! (A $700 electric bill prompted this rule!) Thank you!
