Nestled in the peaceful, historic Duckpond neighborhood, you’re walking distance to local gems like Eastside Eatery and 16th Ave Diner. Whether you're here for a Gator game, visiting UF, the hospital, or family nearby, this spotless, stylish retreat offers comfort, charm, and the perfect location. The space The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils you’ll need to cook your favorite meal and even comes with complimentary tea, coffees, and an air fryer! Use the 55” Fire TV to log into your favorite streaming platform or have some laughs with your friends playing one of the games tucked inside the coffee table! Sleep soundly on our firm but comfy green tea memory foam mattresses and cozy bedding! One of the bedrooms also offers a desk for those needing to work remotely during their stay and a yoga mat so you don’t have to miss your morning workout! We keep the house stocked with information on all the fun local attractions and trails so you won't run out of places to explore during your stay! Our Pet Policy is described in full in our House Rules. Please be sure to read those if you plan on traveling with a pet, as prior approval is required. Please note that this listing is for a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit inside of a larger, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that includes an attached in-law suite. It's offered this way simply as a means to keep prices down for smaller groups that don't need all 4 bedrooms and would benefit from an economical lodging option conveniently close to Duckpond and Downtown. The house will NOT be shared with anyone else during your stay, but access to the additional 1/1 in-law suite will not be included with your reservation. You will have complete privacy during your stay, but depending on the day of the week, it's possible that you may see one of the hosts or cleaners stopping by the next door unit briefly to drop off supplies or take garbage/recycling out. If your group is larger than our max capacity of 6 people or if you'd prefer to have access to the in-law suite in addition to the main part of the original house, simply click on our profile to find our other listing, which comfortably sleeps up to 8 people! Other things to note We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in case something happens and you're unable to complete your visit. Please note that we are located in Florida, where tropical storms are a known and predictable risk, especially during hurricane season, which runs from June to November. AirBnB's Extenuating Circumstances Policy will not cover any cancelations or travel disruptions resulting from hurricanes or tropical storms. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you kindly observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. We have a noise monitoring sensor in the home that will alert us if the noise levels get excessively loud. For the safety of our current and future guests as well as to ensure compliance with house rules and occupancy limits, there are two active and recording security cameras placed on the exterior of the property, facing the driveway/front lawn and back yard. We have ample room on our paved driveway for up to 6 cars. Please do not park any vehicles in the grass or in front of our neighbors' houses, as most of the families around us do not have their own driveways and need that street space for their personal vehicles.
