Beautiful home backed up to French Creek and just 1-2 miles to the gondola, grocery store and town! Featuring a kitchen stocked with all the necessities, 2 comfortable living rooms with gas fireplaces, 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths to accommodate up to 10 guests. The free bus shuttle to town is a block away and there's a bike path behind the house that connects to the trail system. Sit in the hot tub or grill on the back patio in a serene setting with views and sounds of the creek. The space The House: When you walk in the front door, you’re welcomed with an open floor plan including the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can access the deck from the living room for grilling and taking in the views. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you’ll need, including a coffee maker, coffee filters, a toaster, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, baking and cooking pans, salt, pepper, oil, basic seasonings, and more! The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and TV. There is also a full bathroom located on the main floor and a bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom equipped with a TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer are located on the top floor with detergent and dryer sheets. On the bottom floor you’ll find a queen bedroom and another full bathroom. There is also a second living room with TV, gas fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchenette and a game room with a foosball and shuffleboard table. Walk out to the patio to enjoy the private hot tub with the sound of the river. Each bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels. There are 2 garage spaces and 2 parking spots in front of the garage. Breckenridge: In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun. Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Other things to note Other details to note: The igniter on the grill located on the main deck doesn't work and can be lit with a long lighter. There's a long lighter in the kitchen and in a drawer in the wet bar. Please ask if you need an early check-in or check-out and I'll let you know if I'm able to accommodate. I'm more than happy to be flexible when there isn't a back-to-back booking. If you check out late, you will be charged $150 up to 11am. If you check-out after 11am, you will be charged $300.
