The space This is our primary residence and third home we've purchased in this neighborhood. The property offers covered off-street parking. A Traeger grill and egg-smoker are available for guest use. Large kitchen/dining area for entertaining. There are four bedrooms upstairs, (King, Full x 2, Twin x 2, Twin x 3) a bonus room on the main floor with a queen bed, a king bed and comfortable full futon in the main basement area as well as a full bed in a small basement room. The basement has an extra refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. Ridesharing platforms are expensive and time-consuming during derby week. Guests may prefer to walk 1 mile to the track instead. Guests with children can request that up to two cribs be set up in bedrooms of your choosing. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home but please respect personal belongings in bedrooms/bathrooms etc. as this is our primary residence. Other things to note Derby is an amazing experience but can also be a significant financial investment. Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.
