The property is easily accessible on US Rt. 2 with 100 feet of lakefront access in front and open farmland behind. Dream location for outdoor activities: boating, swimming, fishing, biking and hiking all nearby – world-class skiing an easy day trip away. The space This is a nicely updated cottage, very comfortable and super well kept. Clean and comfortable, with 2 queen bedrooms, and one with 2 twins, for up to 6 guests. Great family vacation home right on the lake. An hour from Montreal or Burlington, and really only an hour or so to multiple ski resorts. Guest access Parking for 2 cars, maybe 3 if necessary. You do need wheels to get around up here. Bring a bike! Other things to note Please be aware that the weather and lake levels are beyond our control. Please enjoy what Mother Nature deals us!
