The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom, and the first bedroom, with a twin over full bunk bed. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a king bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite offers a king bed, water views, and has an attached bathroom. From Innerarity Townhomes, you can quickly get to Innerarity Point Park, just 2 miles away, or Perdido Key beaches, just 5 miles away! So we cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will either have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, do note that while here, you may see dogs on the community property, as the rules do allow the Owners of units to have pets. If while onsite, you see an Owner walking their dog, we wanted you to understand why. 3) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 7 guests. This includes up to 7 adults. Any requests to accommodate more than 7 guests will not be considered. At no point during your stay may your occupancy exceed 7 guests 4) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation.
