Private Marin oasis, close to it all

We love our home - it's nestled next to a public green space and is on a hill, which makes you feel away from it all! But you can easily walk to restaurants, a grocery store and parks - all located very close. Please note - we have a steep driveway but find that our friends get used to it quickly. It's pretty common here, but may be a new experience for someone outside of the Bay Area. :) Any car can make it up the driveway, however. It's also partially shared with our nextdoor neighbors. The space Our home is on 3 levels: Main level - includes one guest bedroom/bath, pool table room, formal dining room, living room, large kitchen with dining table and island w/ 5 stools Downstairs - includes 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a second living room/rec area and kitchenette (second fridge/mircrowave). We have two of the rooms set up for our kids. Upstairs - includes the master bedroom/bathroom and has a nice walkway to our pool. Guest access We have three parking spots for our home, with some on street parking below our home as well.
