The location is close to skiing at Mt Werner, bike path along the Yampa River and is on the bus line for convenience to shops and restaurants. Townhome is ON Walton Creek, which flows directly into the Yampa River. After the willows grow taller, later in the season, direct access to the water is not possible. The main level includes a full (exceptionally stocked) kitchen with all new appliances, stylish living room including sofa sleeper, 55" TV & half bathroom. Upstairs is a large open concept king bedroom with gorgeous views through the many large windows. Full bathroom & washer dryer are located upstairs. When requesting your dates PLEASE INCLUDE A REQUEST FOR YOUR WELL BEHAVED DOG. DOGS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED! *** Airbnb changed how they show "dog friendly" homes. Airbnb used to make guests use a 'filter', but now Dogs are part of the guest count. Please select the number of humans in your group as well as the number of dogs in your group. Thanks! Guest Dogs must be Kennel/Crate Trained and bring their own kennel/crate and bed. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the townhome unless in a kennel/crate. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, especially the beds. Please do not use our linens or blankets for your dog. Thank you!
