Pricing for 30+ stays: 1 bedrooms: $1600-$2300/month 2 bedrooms: $1900-$2900/month 3 bedrooms: $3100-$3800/month This listing will help us find you a long term stay- even if there is a move between suites. We can take care of you like family because we're small, but you'll have complete privacy! All of our suites have private entrances, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and living rooms. Linens and all utilities are included. We have high-speed wireless and wired internet. There's even an on-site washer/dryer. If you need something, we're only a phone call or text message away! We can tell you our favorite places to eat, shop and explore! Located in the heart of downtown Provo (yet on a safe and peaceful street), you'll be in walking distance to dining (20 independent restaurants), musuems, groceries and entertainment. We're just a mile from the MTC and BYU, and a few miles from UVU. Stay with us if you're on a business trip, visiting family, or re-locating to the area! Guest access Internet, coin operated washer/dryer, off-street parking, linens, dishes/housewares, TV, and more! Other things to note Our suites are PRIVATE! No sharing a space with another guest. You have your own entry, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and bedroom! We've served over 4000 guests since opening in 2008!
