If you have a large RV or 5th-Wheel you can increase your guest count up to a total of 16 people. ( at an additional cost per night for the RV) A max of 6 guest can stay in the RV/ 5th-Wheel next to the home. You can also rent a 5th wheel or camper on your own and have it towed and placed in position before your arrival for your family gathering. Mid Florida RV rentals is just 3 miles away or checkout RVshare for a lot more rental options. There is a Custom composite deck that is just under 2000 sq ft with 2 Pergolas with fun mood lighting at night. The deck attaches to the living room area with no steps and gives you a unique feel to the home and space. Another deck is lakeside in the shade of Cypress trees at the edge of the lake that leads to the 100ft walkway out to the end of the dock for swimming and fun. If it gets a little cool in the evening a wood burning fire pit is right in the middle of the deck for everyone to stay warm and gather. Just bring your own firewood or you can purchase a bundle at Publix or HD. There is a 2 person kayak, 2 Hydro water bikes ,2 paddle boards and a 4 person paddle boat for fun and exercise on the water. The boat ramp for the lake is just a couple of minutes from the driveway right across the lake. You can park there for the day if you want to put your boat back on the trailer at the end of the day. There is a 2 car covered and lighted carport with additional parking for 4 more cars and a boat trailer. There is a NEW RV parking pad next to the carport that can hold up to a 45ft RV or 5th-Wheel with 50 amp power and water. RV parking is an additional fee per night on top of the home rental. Public boat ramp is just on the other side of the lake a 1/2 a mile away and you can park your trailer there for the day. Access closes at dusk. There are 10 Golf Courses in Sebring and another 7 Golf courses within 20 miles of Sebring. If you want to drive 50 minutes checkout Streamsong Golf Resort in central florida. It is amazing and expensive. Orlando area attractions are just a little over an hour away. Lake Denton allows Waverunners, Ski boats and fishing boats, with plenty of room to park your trailer at the house. Siesta Key, Sarasota is 1 hour and 45 min away for the Gulf of Mexico Beaches or Vero Beach is 1 hour and 35 min away for East Coast beaches.
