Stroll through parks, bike scenic paths, or linger in cozy cafes. Evenings are for crackling fires, sweet marshmallows, and moonlight dancing on the water. Other things to note Waiver Requirement All guests must complete and return a waiver within 24 hours of booking to maintain their reservation. Reservations are not automatically canceled if the waiver is not returned. If the waiver is not completed, guests will not receive entry instructions and no refund will be issued if the stay is less than 72 hours away. Guests who do not wish to sign must cancel at least 72 hours before check-in to receive a refund. Pet Policy & Monitoring Pets are not permitted due to severe guest allergies. Bringing a pet on the property will result in a $200 carpet and upholstery cleaning fee. For safety and compliance with house rules, exterior security cameras record all arrivals and departures.
