During periods of very high water usage—particularly with larger groups of up to 12 guests—the system may require a short recovery period to maintain water quality and pressure. Other things to note To help every guest enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, we kindly ask: • Please use the firepit safely — no large trees or forest debris in the pit. • No smoking indoors, and if smoking outside, please keep the grounds clean by disposing of butts properly. • No smoking in the hot tub at any time. • Out of respect for our neighbours, please keep noise and music low after 9 PM. • If you move outdoor furniture, please return it to its original spot before checkout. • To keep the hot tub fresh and hygienic, please take a quick shower before using it — lotions, sunscreen, and dirt can affect water and filters. All hot tub chemicals and easy instructions are provided. • we do not provide shampoos or body wash at the villa ⚠️ Important Notes • A $250 cleaning fee may apply if smoking materials or butts are left on the property. OR if the hot tub water is need of replacing because of misuse. It should be clear and clean for the next guest. • For safety and insurance reasons, all guests must be disclosed in advance.
