This unit is privately owned, and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guests. By accepting this reservation, the guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, and anyone they invite to the premises, and hold harmless the owners and managers of the unit. Please note, that upon reservation, a valid ID is required. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service issues a direct imminent blizzard or Nor’easter warning. In such cases, we will issue any unused portion of rent due to early departure; or any collected rents or deposit for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the warning period.
