This 540 sq. ft. home is filled with midcentury accents, local art, granite countertops, stainless steal appliances & pine floors. It has everything you need to cook and do laundry. You can also park for free with our street parking pass. We welcome your well-trained pets! The space The front porch is perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. Just as you enter, the sitting area is set up for you to relax or visit with your travelling companions or even a guest or two. The sitting area opens into the kitchen that is stocked with everything you might need to make a meal. The back of the house is the bedroom with a comfy queen mattress and access to the alley through the back door. This listing sits on an alley so you may hear cars pulling through over the course of your stay. This may not be convenient for very light sleepers. Guest access You will have access to the entire row house. Once you check yourself in, it's all yours. If you need to use it while you’re there, no problem! Just take out what’s in there and put it in the floor of a linen closet. We will finish it when you check out. If you would like to be a real dear, and the laundry is not dry when you arrive, starting the dryer again so it can finish is a really classy move.
