This bright and sunny bungalow is the perfect space for a beach getaway. Conveniently located on Fripp Island Resort, this family home is nestled on the 17th hole of the Ocean Creek golf course. In addition to being a golfer's dream, the bungalow is a just a short walk or ride away from the beach, marina, or the Cabana Club. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need for your stay. Queen beds are in each downstairs bedroom (one bedroom having two Queen beds and the other having one). Each downstairs bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Upstairs in the primary bedroom, there is a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Skylights are a major plus in this bedroom (unless you like to majorly sleep in). There is a laundry room off the bathroom in one downstairs bedroom. **laundry detergent isn't provided** The living area is filled with comfortable seating and cathedral ceilings allow the space to feel open and airy. Outside, there is a screened in porch (please keep the doors closed at all times as to not allow bugs or birds onto the porch) with a porch swing and rocking chairs. The driveway will fit 3 cars comfortably We provide 6 amenity cards per reservations of at least one week - additional amenity cards can be purchased from Guest Services for $50 per card; these cards are necessary for accessing pools or restaurants on the island. You will see many deer in the backyard. Please behave responsibly and don't approach or feed them! Any personal items left behind after check-out will be donated. As we don’t live on the island, the responsibility to ship your belongings left behind would fall to our cleaning team. Because of this, there will be no exceptions to this rule.
