Note that the 2nd bedroom does not have exterior windows. This is a non-smoking facility. Please note that the unit is located in the mountains and there are 20 steps to get from the parking spot to the unit entrance. There is no smoking in the unit or within 30 meters of the unit as per condo regulations. Guest access 2 outdoor free parking spots.
