Brand new 3 bedroom house on 1.1 acres of land in Ithaca. This beautiful private space surrounded by nature is just 4 miles from Cornell University, Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. It's popular for graduation stays. Celebrate with friends and family in this spacious home with high ceilings, lots of sunlight, and bright hickory wood floors. Relax on the outdoor deck, large yard with fire pit, and sauna. Enjoy the scandinavian style design and open floor plan of this Finger Lakes getaway. The space This three-story house ensures guests privacy, with each floor featuring its own private bedroom and full bathroom, separated from the rest. The main level has a large cathedral ceiling made of white pine and an open floor plan that includes a kitchen, island, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor deck right off of the kitchen overlooking the yard making it easy to eat and have drinks outside. The main level also includes a large king-sized bedroom, full bathroom, a desk and exercise bike, and laundry room. The upstairs level includes a master bedroom and full bathroom. The bottom level also has its own bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and sauna. There is a large yard with deck, picnic table, fire pit, and woodland backdrop. Guest access This area is mostly residential and is best to get around in a car. We have a large driveway for private parking. There are standard 110v exterior outlets conveniently located on the front porch. Other things to note Cell service at the house varies depending on the provider so we message and make calls through our fast wifi. AT&T service works well here. Verizon service is iffy. This house is our permanent residence throughout the year so we'd love if you could take good care of the space. There are areas that will have some of our personal belongings but we do leave areas for guests' belongings. Please do not bring pets/animals into the house. There are standard 110v exterior outlets conveniently located on the front porch for an electric car.
