Welcome to Waverly Court! The house posses all the charm of a 1950's home with a fresh modern-day twist. We are within a mile of downtown and minutes from Athens tops attractions. Guests will have access to the whole house including a full kitchen, laundry room and back deck. The common area features an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home in this newly renovated space. Come enjoy The Classic City from the comfort of Waverly Court! The space The house has recently been updated and features all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Natural light floods through the windows and the open floor plan provides a great space to hangout. There is storage available in each bedroom and fresh towels and linens will be provided for all guests. The tv’s throughout are equipped with all the top streaming services including Direct TV. The driveway parks two cars and the street has plenty of space for others. The cul-de-sac is quiet and makes for a peaceful place to stay! Guest access Guests will have full access with the exception of two spaces for host storage. Other things to note The house can accommodate up to 6 people (comfortable air mattress available).
