Adorable 1 bedroom beachside cottage

1 bedroom peaceful guest cottage on the Bayville beach with pullout couch and sleeping for 3. The small pull out located in the main room, good for two children or 1 adult. Cottage is located behind our main house, completly renovated one year ago. Contains a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator/freezer. Beach chairs and towels will be provided. Walk to local restaurants and market. The space The space is quaint and "hotel room" style with a small private area off the main section with a Queen sized bed and two windows. The main room has a table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, broiler oven and Keurig. There is a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside the cottage is an outdoor shower that guests are welcomed to use. Guest access Parking is available on the street Madison Avenue, just steps from the cottage.. Guests are welcomed to pull in driveway to unload. There is No Parking on The Boulevard, the street in front of the house. Other things to note We will provide beach towels and beach chairs. There is also one child size kayak and one adult inflatable kayak guests are welcomed to use. Due to local restrictions, we are only allowed to rent our place every two weeks, however you do not have to stay for two weeks. Please message to discuss.
