Shopping and public transport nearby! :) short walk to the Wadsworth light rail station! Please note: This is a SHARED space and other guests sometimes do make messes. We clean daily, but if you are looking for a perfectly clean place, this is not the place. The space This house is run in a shared style, has a very cool vibe and is a great place to meet other travelers. Lots of people use this spot as a launch pad for moving to Denver while apartment hunting/job searching. Quiet hours are 11am-7am so it's also a great spot for business travelers. NO PARTYING. Comfortable and clean. Hosts are always available to help with anything you may need. If you are looking for a job, more permanent housing, tour coordination, transportation or anything else let me know and I will do my best to help you out! Other things to note Please include in your message that you will respect the space and other guests, and you understand that it is a shared house so things might get out of place sometimes. This will expedite the booking/acceptance process. We have an exterior video surveillance camera at entrances to the home. This is a shared house, private room. If you are bringing a pet, please include them in your total number of guests (we charge pets as additional guests, $15/night/pet). No cats or high shedding dog breeds. If excessive fur is found, additional $50 cleaning fee will be requested.
