The maximum number of people is 6 people in the house at any time, any violation of this will result is a fine of at least $500. -Due to size of our home, we cannot offer any early check ins or late check outs. This is a quiet neighborhood and you must be respectful of our home and neighbors. If any of this activity is witnessed you will be evicted with no refund and will incur deep cleaning fees.
