A true stay and play vacation spot! 1 King size bed in bedroom, twin size bunk bed in entry/living space and queen size sofa sleeper. 1 Bathroom. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The living room has a sofa queen sleeper, with twin bunks in the dining area. Living room has a 42" TV. Courtyard area has a heated pool (open in the summer only), 2 year round outdoor hot tubs, BBQs and picnic tables summer/fall. The recreation room has a dry sauna, pool table, kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for group gatherings, a large screen TV, sitting area with large fireplace. For winter skiers, the complex is located roughly 110 yards from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge. 4 person maximum, this includes children. No smoking and no Pets allowed. Parking- Only 1 inside parking spot is guaranteed. Max garage heights is 6’ 8”. 14 stairs to unit #31.
