Restful room near ECU w/ WiFi, kitchen & amenities

Come and rest at my quiet, calming, yet super-convenient spare room in the heart of Greenville! I’m pleased to offer Wifi, free parking, self-check-in, and a shared living space with access to a fully equipped kitchen. All travelers welcome (and pets too in certain situations)! The space This restful, clean room in my cozy two-bedroom apartment is ready for either a short stay or longer stays for traveling medical professionals or work-from-homers! The bedroom is the “master room” of the apartment and has a private bathroom accessed from within the room; it features a full bed with 500ct cotton sheets, linen bedspread, and cool-to-touch pillows. Next to the bed is a simple desk and chair, perfect for working. Also included in the room is a 5-drawer dresser, a sitting chair, a full-length mirror, and a walk-in closet. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower, toilet, two sinks, and plenty of drawers and cabinets for storage. This listing includes a shared living space, including a shared, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. I live in the other room, so you’ll see me around sometimes in the afternoons/evenings. I’m a teacher so I’m usually out of the house by 7am and back by 4pm, so I’ll always be around if an issue arises! The living room has a couch and sofa, a fun wool rug, a bookshelf with books that clearly demonstrate my interests (and are available for reading!), and a TV with Roku. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook most any dish (the few things I don’t have are a pizza stone and a bread maker). Everything else, from mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots & pans, food-processor, crock-pot, and even scales for precise baking is here for you to cook and bake to your heart’s content! I also love coffee so I have a Keurig with K-cups supplied, a coffee grinder, a Chemex, a Moka pot, and an Arabic coffee maker (let me know if you want some Arabic coffee, I’ll happily make it for you to try!). It goes without saying but the kitchen has a full-sized oven/range, refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. The other shared spaces are a simple dining room table for four, a small deck facing the woods, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. I also have a printer available for small print jobs if the need arises! The other two rooms in my house are not part of the listing and are my personal spaces. These are my bedroom and bathroom, both on the same side of the apartment. Most of the day I’ll be at work, but you may catch me cooking, reading, or heading back out to hang with friends. I’m a chill and respectful guy so I will do my best to make you feel at home and comfortable. Looking forward to hosting you soon…cheers! Guest access There is plenty of parking in the lot attached to the complex. Access to the unit is via an electronic keypad with a unique code for you sent right before check-in. Other things to note I will occasionally host friends of mine for dinner...don't worry, they're all cool people. :)
