Other things to note This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry). Mail Policy for Stays Over 30 Days: Guests staying over 30 days will be granted access to the mailbox. A $150 fine will apply if the mailbox key is lost. For Stays Under 30 Days: Guests may not receive mail at this location or our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for recovering lost mail or packages.
