Hike or bike the nearby scenic trail, or just sit back and enjoy the natural beauty, wildlife and sunsets while sipping a cool drink from your second story boat dock. This home will not disappoint. The space *Guest will have exclusive use of the entire property, including two story boat dock. Boat lift & slip available for an additional fee, please inquire. **Garage is not included. *Boat lift will accommodate up to a 25ft 6000-pound boat. Dock is equipped with water, electric and a fish cleaning station. *We offer a key-less entry for a smooth check-in process. *This newly updated home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for 4 guests. We will accept up to 5 guests for an added fee. *Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed *Bedroom 2- 2 twin XL beds that can be easily converted to a king bed, just let us know. Use of either a pullout sofa bed in living room or a Front Gate Twin EZ Bed for 5th guest. *The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need for a long-term stay. In order to keep our prices low, we ask that you keep the home tidy during your stay. Before leaving, please strip the sheets and blankets off the beds and load the dishwasher with used dishware.
